PUMP-ROOM-THUMBS RULES - BYLAWS
You must comply with the
rules.
1.
Absolutely NO sites promoting or linking to (open, hidden, or otherwise)
anything that is illegal or considered to be an obscenity according to the
laws of the U.S.A. This includes, but is not limited to such things as CP,
bestiality, necromancy, scat, rape, incest, etc. The webmasters who submit
sites of this nature will be reported to the proper authorities and
agencies. Including, but not limited to local law enforcement, the FBI,
and
ASACP.
2. You must have a reciprocal return link back to Pump-Room-Thumbs in
place before submitting your site.
3. Reciprocal link required and must be located in a prominent position
that is easily accessible and clearly visible by surfers.
4. Full-sized pictures that are smaller then 500 pixels in length on the
long side of the image will not be accepted, Screen caps on movie sites
may be a bit smaller, but must be clear and sharp. You must either own or
have a license to use the pictures displayed on your site and be able to
provide proof if required. If it looks like the pics were scanned out of a
magazine it will not be accepted. We are looking for high quality images
to offer to our surfers.
5. If you have a free site to submit, your site must have a minimum number
of 12 pics, and a maximum of 100 pics.
6. If you have a movie site to submit, it must have a minimum of 30
seconds worth of movies, and each movie must be at least 10 seconds in
length.
7. You must have at least 3 other Reciprocal links.
8. Do not Change Gallery Once Submitted.
9. We will not accept sites that employ the use of hidden and or invisible
links, auto-downloads, pop-up consoles, blurs, or those that open another
browser or tab, resizing the browser, changing the browsers home page,
hijacking the browser, or any tactic that could be considered to be an
annoyance to the surfer.
10. Sites will not be accepted
from webmasters using any free web-based email service, such as: Hotmail,
Google/Gmail, Yahoo, Lycos, AOL, etc. etc. Please provide us with the
email address serviced by your ISP or use an email account that has been
set up under your paid hosting account. (SET UP YOUR FREE EMAIL SERVICE TO
ACCEPT YOUR EMAIL. Any emails that are sent to
info@pump-room.com goes to our
pumproom@gmail.com gmail account.)
11. There will be a maximum of either 3 banners, text links, or a
combination of both to your sponsors per page.
12.
Submitted sites must use a valid domain name. Do
not submit a site using an IP
number in the address field of the submission form. This will not be
accepted. Example:
http://123.456.7.89/whatever/.
If your domain has not yet propagated, please wait until the DNS servers
resolve prior to submitting any site.
13. Do NOT submit the same page or URL twice. Make a new page if you want
to resubmit.
14. Feel free to submit as many TGP's as you'd like daily. (We do not have
a cap on how many TGP's we allow our partners.)
15. If your site has any broken images (Thumb nails, sponsor
banners/buttons and or reciprocal link) your site will not get listed.
TEST YOUR SITE BEFORE SUBMITTING...
17. No more sites with a full URL as a text link. It looks like shit in
my opinion. Take the time and make it a link instead of cutting and
pasting some ones URL and passing that off as a reciprocal link.
18. No thumbs that open into new html pages with banners on the pics page.
Pictures. Must not open into separate browser / tab. You must be able to return
to thumb page using your browser's back button.
19. No deceptive advertising such as banners that look like thumbs or text
links that say "Next Page", "Gallery 2", "Home", etc. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT
TO USE FULL DISCRETIONARY JUDGMENT ON THIS MATTER.
20. Please no more sites that have a right or left // Horizontal scroll at
the bottom of the browser. Make your tables fit into the screen.
21. No sites with 3rd party counters will be listed. Get some stats on
your server. (These 3rd party counters are a source for spyware and
malware etc. and they a traffic leak.)
22. There must be a statement on the warning page of your site stating
that the site is compliant to the U.S.C. 18 Title 2257 and or with a
optional link to a page that provides the custodian of records information
for the site. (Your affiliates normally have a link to their 2275 on their
site.)
23. Your WHOIS info must be current and up to date.
24. If the 2257 link on your site does not allow me to click back to the
site submitted you will not get listed.
25. If your sponsors 2257 page list banners and text links to other sites
that the affiliate has in their network you will not be listed. Create
your own 2257 page and host it on your server. (I do not want to see
banner farms and or link farms on any 2257 page.)

WHAT WE
REQUIRE FROM YOU IS THREE (3) SAMPLES OF YOUR TGP'S (YOUR WEB DESIGN
WORK) PREFERABLY THE MOST RECENT WORK. IF YOU ARE APPROVED WE WILL EMAIL
YOU A USER NAME AND PASSWORD THAT YOU MUST SUPPLY EACH TIME YOU ACCESS THE
SUBMIT PAGE. EMAIL US IF YOU WOULD LIKE A PARTNER ACCOUNT OR IF YOU WOULD
LIKE TO TRADE WARNING/INDEX PAGE, MAIN PAGE LINKS EMAIL US. "info@pump-room.com"
and or CC to "pumproom@gmail.com"
ADDITIONAL
NOTES:
WE DO NOT HAVE A CAP ON HOW MANY SITES YOU CAN SUBMIT DAILY, (AS LONG AS
IT IS NOT THE SAME CONTENT OVER AND OVER). WE PUT ALL NEW PARTNERS ON A
30 DAY PROBATION PERIOD, AND YOU MUST SUBMIT AT LEAST 20 SITES WHILE ON
YOUR PROBATION PERIOD.
WE CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH....IF YOU DO NOT
COMPLY WITH
OUR RULES YOU WILL NOT BE GRANTED A PARTNER
ACCOUNT.
